HÍTARNESKOT WELCOMES YOU
Hítarneskot is originally a farm where sheep and horses did roam around the land. In 2015 the interior of the residential house was refurbished. We have been welcoming guests in Hítarneskot since 2015.
ABOUT
Hítarneskot stands by the beach where visitors experience the tides. As well as enjoying a magnificent view of the sea, mountains, craters, and Snæfellsjökull. In winter, visitors can enjoy watching the northern lights. Hítarneskot is located by the south end of Löngufjörur beach which is a popular area for riders to come and ride their horses. During the summertime Hítarneskot hosts and guides groups of horse owners that bring their Icelandic horses and enjoy relaxation and riding in the one-of-a-kind sand beaches that Hítarnes located at Löngufjörur has to offer.
HOUSE AND SURROUNDING
Hítarneskot residential is a four-bedroom home with a one-and-a-half bathroom, offering basic modern comforts, such as a jacuzzi, WiFi, smart tv, cooking equipment, and more. When hosting riders and their horses we provide a fenced-off field.
The location is ideal when exploring the wonders of the Snæfellsnes peninsula and some of the best attractions Borgarfjörður has to offer.
